Substitution and Cancellation Policy:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS If you are unable to attend the conference a substitute participant from your organization may attend in your place.

- Entrance into the Trade Show; all plenary sessions and conference streams
- Trade Show welcome reception on Sunday
- Breakfast and lunch on Monday and Tuesday
- AFCA Annual Banquet with dinner and entertainment on Tuesday at the Hotel Arts
- Coffee and snacks during breaks on Monday and Tuesday
Station Wear - Monday Afternoon Trade Show Pass
Chiefs, bring your crew wearing thier station wear to the Trade show for an afternoon of mentoring and networking. Pass valid to enter the Trade Show Monday 1300 to 1600.
