Kimberly Sauter

Kim is a business analyst for Emergency Management and Community Safety with The City of Calgary and is currently working on the Next Generation 9-1-1 Project. Prior to joining this project, Kim was a call-taker and dispatcher for Calgary 9-1-1 for 13 years. She has been working hard to bring her operational perspective to the Next Generation 9-1-1 implementation both within Calgary 9-1-1 and nationally through work with the CRTC Emergency Services Working Group.
