Stephanie Bibault

Stephanie Bibault is the Deputy Fire Chief and Director of Emergency Management for the Town of Olds, Alberta, and a retired Canadian Armed Forces firefighter with nearly 25 years of service, including deployments to Afghanistan, Libya, Dubai, and the South China Sea. She began her career in the Infantry and later transitioned to firefighting, gaining extensive experience across Army, Air Force, and Navy operations. Co-founder of Fire Service Women of Central Provinces, Stephanie advocates for diversity and inclusion in fire services. With a master’s degree in Disaster and Emergency Management, she focuses on crisis response, resilience, and fostering a positive, inclusive work culture within her department.
