Firefighters face high stakes decisions and uncertain, time-constrained circumstances.  How can we improve real world decisions under challenging conditions?  This workshop introduces the emerging science of judgement under uncertainty, how it can support fire decision-makers, and improve operational outcomes.  We’ll explore how the military, medical professionals, and business leaders apply behavioural science tools to make high consequence decisions, develop expert intuition, and implement decision hygiene.
